SHIPPING & HANDLING OVERVIEW

Coco Coral offers shipping within the United States, Canada and internationally, using UPS and USPS.

SHIPPING RATES: DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Orders less than $55 (not including tax): $8.95

Orders totaling $55 or more (not including tax): free

SALES TAX

Coco Coral. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within California & Washington.

SHIPPING RATES: INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All orders: $17.95

Canada – Customers are responsible for all Canadian import duties, tax and brokerage fees. These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian border and are not included in our shipping charges.

International shipping – International shipping methods may vary and may not be available for all products or all countries. All international orders are subject to local fees, taxes, duties and customs. does not pay these additional charges. Please contact your local customs office for full details.

RETURNS OVERVIEW

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Coco Coral, purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will replace, exchange, or refund your order within 30 days of your High Beauty, Inc., purchase. We are unable to accept products after that period. Replacements, exchanges, or refunds must be accompanied with an original receipt and order confirmation number. Products returned for refund within 30 days of purchase will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

All returns must include the original packing slip, your contact and address information, and the product you wish to return. Coco Coral is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
